There’s just something about an extra layer of sweet buttercream dipped in sprinkles!
Lastly, we put a scoop of dough frosting. We are not kidding when we say these just might be our favorite cupcakes we’ve ever made. Once you top them with two little eyes, they really come to life! They are PERFECT for your upcoming Cookie Monster themed party or Sesame Street too.
