Peanut Butter and Chocolate is always a good combination. Add chocolate sprinkles and you have these gooey Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Sprinkle Cookies! You will fall in love with these as soon as you make them. They will be your go-to cookie recipe for sure!
In the middle of all of the Christmas baking we are doing, we just had to do a favorite flavor of ours. We used our go-to Chocolate Chip Sprinkle Cookie recipe and changed them up a bit. The perfect thing about this recipe is the endless flavor possibilities you can have. Change it up for any holiday or party event you have.
The changes we made to our classic go-to Chocolate Chip Sprinkle Cookie recipe was to use dark brown sugar instead of light, and change out the chocolate chips to 1/2 cup peanut butter chocolate chips, 1/4 chocolate chip chunks, and 1/4 regular chocolate chips. This equals 1 cup instead of 3/4 from the recipe but we just couldn’t decide what to leave out, so we did them all! You can make any combo of the amount you want!
We used only our Chocolate Jimmies Sprinkles for this recipe. Sometimes simpler is better in our opinion! It added a perfect dark color to the already warm shaded cookies. Perfect match for a cup of milk on a cold winter’s night!
We chose not to do such a heavy peanut butter flavor for these, but you could easily replace the two tablespoons of pudding mix for two tablespoons of peanut butter. That might be the extra punch of peanut flavor you want. Is there such a things as too much peanut butter flavor?! We think not! We’ve been having so much fun with the difference cookie variations and dressing them up with our sprinkles! Seriously, sprinkle make all.the.difference! Add ins such as nuts and candies would be a great change for the recipe as well. How fun is that?! Most of all, it’s how they taste that counts!
